STUDIO A ISO BOOTH
Our Isolation Booth, the smallest of the recording spaces at SubCat, is commonly used for vocal recording.
Though it's small, it's not too small; the booth was designed to maximize transparency of sound. Unlike the live room, which provides a natural sound, our ISO booth doesn’t have any acoustic color. The space was designed to have clear visibility between the control room, the live room, and the tracking room, to preserve that full band feel while obtaining clarity of soud.
The booth is also often used to record guitar amps, violins, acoustic guitars, and upright bass. It can also be used to record voice-overs.
